Dr. Praveen Vohra

Dr. Praveen Vohra is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and has been practicing in Plainfield since 1997. He has been providing comprehensive podiatric care to patients of all ages in Plainfield, Montgomery, and Naperville, Illinois.

Dr. Vohra has been celebrated as an attending physician at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Joliet, Illinois for over 15 years. In addition, he performs surgery at Kendall Pointe Surgery Center in Oswego, Illinois.

Dr. Vohra completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada and earned his doctorate from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. As part of his post-graduate training, he completed a Podiatric Orthopedic Residency at Montrose Veterans Affair Medical Center in Montrose, New York. Dr. Vohra was further trained in a podiatric surgical residency program at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York, New York.

Dr. Vohra is considered an expert in arch and heel pain. He is well published in podiatric literature, having written multiple journal articles on surgical and non-surgical management of heel and ankle pain, ankle arthroscopy and wound care. Dr. Vohra also specializes in the use of diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound for the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue injuries to the foot and ankle.

Dr. Vohra was a nationally ranked athlete, Pan American Games Head Coach, and Assistant Canada Games Coach. He is fluent in English and Punjabi.

Richa Vohra M.D.

Dr. Richa Vohra is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been practicing since 1999, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Richa Vohra M.D. is a specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries, and pain syndromes. Her main goal is to decrease pain and enhance performance without surgery. Dr. Vohra takes the time to accurately pinpoint the source of the problem and will design a treatment plan employing the latest and least-invasive options available. She believes in a holistic and multi-discipline approach utilizing chiropractic medicine and physical therapy in conjunction with other modalities and techniques.

Dr. Vohra can diagnose nerve problems and injuries including neuropathies, nerve entrapments, neuromas, and carpal tunnel. She is a specialist in electrodiagnostic medicine (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCV).

Dr. Vohra is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
